OUR IMPACT
One of the recipients of our first round of Grants in 2018: a project by Phnom Penh-based university students, aimed at teaching and mentoring rural high school students in Kampong Cham province on university choices, career paths, and personal leadership.
10% of our income from book sales is used to support women's leadership in Cambodia. Our aim is to fund small-scale, grassroots initiatives that cannot otherwise find funding, with a focus on three main areas: civil society, education, and entrepreneurship.
We encourage applications from any Cambodian woman or group of women working on projects in the above areas, or any small and/or informal organization that aims to support women's leadership in Cambodia. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. Twice per year, our independent Grants committee selects the most promising projects for funding.

EDUCATION
Diving Deep, Going Far is an excellent resource for educators, both in Cambodia and beyond. Available in English and Khmer, it teaches and inspires students about important themes, including gender equality, critical thinking, personal leadership, and following one's dreams. Due to the universal nature of these themes, the stories in the book will appeal to readers far beyond Cambodia. And thanks to its simple language, even young readers and those with intermediate English skills will find the book easy to understand. We suggest using Diving Deep, Going Far for students in Grade 7 or above (12+ years old), or non-native speakers in Grade 10 or above (15+ years old).
Thanks to the generous support of the Heinrich Böll Stiftung Cambodia and Oxfam Cambodia, we are able to supply free copies of the Khmer version of Diving Deep, Going Far to schools, libraries, and organizations throughout Cambodia. Finally, we have created a set of discussion questions, in order to maximize the learning outcomes. These can be used in blooks clubs and classrooms, and are available in both English and Khmer. Check out our Resources section!
